New vaccine combo targets deadly pancreatic cancer

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new combination treatment for pancreatic cancer. It combines a cancer vaccine designed to train the immune system to attack cancer cells with an immunotherapy drug called ezabenlimab. The study aims to find safe doses and see if this approach can help control the disease and improve survival for patients whose cancer hasn't progressed after initial treatment.
