New hope for pancreatic cancer: targeted drug combo enters human trials

Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new targeted drug (OMTX705) combined with standard chemotherapy and an immunotherapy for people with advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer. The study aims to find the safest dose and see if the combination helps shrink tumors or control the disease. About 69 adults who have not had extensive prior treatment will participate.
