Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug, OMTX705, that targets a protein found on cancer-supporting cells. It is given together with standard chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug for people with advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer. The study aims to find the safest dose and see if the combination helps shrink tumors or slow the disease.
