New hope for tough cancer: Four-Drug attack on pancreatic tumors
NCT ID NCT06584227
Summary
This study is testing a new combination of four drugs as a first treatment for adults with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be surgically removed. The goal is to see if adding two newer drugs (adebrelimab and chidamide) to two standard chemotherapy drugs can better control the cancer and help patients live longer. It will enroll about 45 people to measure how long the cancer stays under control and to check the safety of this combination.
