Summary
This study tests a new drug combination (HRS-4642, nimotuzumab, and chemotherapy) as a first treatment for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has a specific KRAS G12D mutation. About 32 participants will receive the combination to see how many respond. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it, as ongoing management is expected.
