New hope for tough pancreatic cancer? trial targets key mutation

NCT ID NCT06770452

Summary

This study is testing a new combination of drugs for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread and has a specific genetic change called KRAS G12D. The goal is to see if adding a new drug called HRS-4642 to standard chemotherapy and another targeted drug can better control the cancer. It will enroll 32 people who have not yet received treatment for their advanced cancer to measure how well the tumors shrink and how long the treatment works.
