New hope for pancreatic cancer: experimental combo targets tough tumors

Summary
This study tests a new drug (BMS-986340) combined with immunotherapy (nivolumab) and two chemotherapy drugs (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) in people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread or returned. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and shrinks tumors. About 43 adults with this cancer will take part.
