NCT ID NCT07155629
Summary
This study aims to find out if giving chemotherapy before surgery helps people with left-sided pancreatic cancer live longer compared to having surgery right away. It will involve 381 patients who are fit for both treatments. Patients will be randomly assigned to receive either chemotherapy first or surgery first, and researchers will track their survival for up to five years.
