New hope for pancreatic cancer patients: testing which chemo combo works best
NCT ID NCT07076212
Summary
This study compares two different chemotherapy combinations for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that hasn't been treated before. Researchers want to see whether a newer combination called NALIRIFOX works better than a modified version of three existing drugs (mGAP) at shrinking tumors and helping patients live longer. The trial will measure how well each treatment controls the cancer while monitoring side effects.
