Race against time: new screening aims to catch deadly pancreatic cancer early
NCT ID NCT06330441
Summary
This study aims to find pancreatic cancer earlier in people at high risk due to family history or certain genetic conditions. Researchers will enroll 700 participants to compare two screening methods: MRI and endoscopic ultrasound. The goal is to see if regular screening can lead to earlier detection and more successful surgery for this hard-to-treat cancer.
