Summary

This study tests a new first-line treatment for people with pancreatic cancer that has spread to the liver. It combines chemotherapy delivered directly to the liver with two immune-boosting drugs. The goal is to see if this approach can slow or stop cancer growth. The study plans to enroll 38 adults who have not had prior treatment for advanced disease.
