Summary

This study tested several different combinations of immunotherapy drugs for people with metastatic pancreatic cancer that has spread. It involved 341 participants who had either received no prior treatment or one prior treatment. The main goals were to see if the drug combinations were safe and if they could shrink or control the tumors.
