Summary

This study is testing a new three-drug combination for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be surgically removed. It combines an experimental pill called Chiauranib with two standard chemotherapy drugs. The goal is to see if this combination can better control the cancer's growth and spread, and to understand its safety for patients.
