First seen May 15, 2026 ยท Last updated May 15, 2026

Summary

This study tested a combination of four drugs (irinotecan liposome, oxaliplatin, 5-FU, and leucovorin) in 41 Japanese adults with advanced pancreatic cancer that had not been treated before. The goal was to see if the treatment could shrink tumors and to check its safety. Participants received the drugs on days 1 and 15 of each 28-day cycle until their disease got worse or side effects became too severe.
