New combo therapy aims to shrink pancreatic tumors before surgery
NCT ID NCT06048484
First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding drugs that block the tumor's ability to hide from the immune system can make radiation therapy more effective for people with advanced pancreatic cancer. About 60 participants will receive standard radiation plus an immunotherapy drug, with or without two additional drugs that target the tumor's defenses. The goal is to see if these combinations increase immune cell activity in the tumor and improve surgical outcomes.
