Summary

This study tests whether giving a single dose of chemotherapy directly into the liver artery, before standard treatment, is safe and feasible for people with localized pancreatic cancer. It includes 20 adults whose cancer can be surgically removed. The goal is to see if this added step can help control the disease without causing extra harm.
