Summary

This study tests whether a special form of Vitamin E (palm tocotrienol) can protect the liver in people with alcoholic fatty liver disease. Twenty-six adults will take either the supplement or a placebo twice daily for six months. Researchers will check liver function through blood tests and scans to see if the supplement reduces liver damage. The goal is to find a natural way to support liver health in people who stop drinking alcohol.
