Summary
This study looks at how different types of palm oil affect hunger and gut hormones in healthy adults. Thirty-six participants will eat meals made with palm olein, palm kernel oil, or sunflower oil, then give blood samples and answer questions about their appetite over four hours. The goal is to see if palm oils help people feel fuller compared to sunflower oil.
