Doctors test if eyes or scans better at spotting palate problems
NCT ID NCT07363200
Summary
This study aims to see if visual exams by dentists match up with 3D scan measurements when diagnosing the shape of the roof of the mouth (palate). Researchers will compare how two trained examiners classify palate shapes from photos against precise angle measurements from special X-rays. The goal is to improve diagnostic accuracy for conditions related to palate shape.
