Summary
This study looked at how well small screws placed in the roof of the mouth (palatal temporary skeletal anchorage devices) help correct bite problems. 150 people received this treatment. Researchers measured changes in jaw width, checked for complications, and asked patients about their quality of life. The goal was to understand the benefits and risks of this orthodontic approach.
