Summary
This study compares two surgical techniques for fixing broken palate bones in the roof of the mouth. Researchers will test whether using small metal plates provides better results than traditional wiring methods in 40 patients with specific fracture patterns. The goal is to determine which approach leads to better bite alignment and proper healing of the jaw structure.
