Summary

This study compares two surgical methods to repair a specific type of broken palate (sagittal and para-sagittal fractures). Forty patients will be randomly assigned to receive either a miniplate or a wire stabilization technique. The goal is to see which method better restores normal bite and prevents the dental arch from collapsing.
