NCT ID NCT07386288
First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looked at 102 adults with kidney stone pain to see how two painkillers—dexketoprofen and tramadol—affect breathing and blood flow. Participants received one of three treatments: one drug, the other, or both. Researchers measured carbon dioxide in breath and oxygen levels before and after treatment. The goal was to understand short-term safety and effects on the body's perfusion.
