Summary
This pilot study tests a short therapy called Painhunting for adults in Kazakhstan who feel depressed after stressful life events like loss. 84 people were split into two groups: one started therapy right away, the other waited. The therapy includes 3 to 6 sessions. The main goal is to see if it reduces depression symptoms after 2 weeks.
