Summary

This study tests whether taking a single dose of piroxicam or prednisolone before a root canal can reduce pain afterward. It involves 60 healthy adults aged 18-40 with an infected premolar tooth. Participants receive one of the two medicines before the procedure, and their pain levels are measured using a simple pain scale.
