New approach tested to reduce pain after prostate cancer surgery

NCT ID NCT07289321

Summary

This study aims to find better ways to control pain during and after robotic prostate cancer surgery. Researchers will compare three different pain-relief injections given to 90 men during their operation. They will track how much pain medication patients need, measure their pain levels for 24 hours after surgery, and check in at 3 and 6 months to see if there's any lasting pain.
