New Needle-Free pain block tested for hemorrhoid surgery

Summary
This study tests a newer numbing technique called a sacral block against a standard saddle block for pain relief during hemorrhoid surgery. About 50 adults will be randomly assigned to one of the two methods. The main goal is to see how well each controls pain in the first 24 hours after surgery.
