Summary
This study aims to find the best way to numb the chest wall after minimally invasive lung surgery to control pain. Researchers will compare three different techniques for placing a nerve block in 90 patients. The goal is to understand why current pain relief sometimes falls short and to improve recovery by reducing the need for strong painkillers like morphine.
