Summary

This study tests two approaches to reduce pain and bleeding during nose-based pituitary surgery. One uses a nerve block near the cheekbone, the other uses a sedative drug. 69 adults aged 21-64 are taking part. The goal is to find which method works better for patient comfort and surgical ease.
