Summary
This study is testing a pain management technique for people with advanced lung cancer. It involves placing a small port under the skin to deliver numbing medicine near the nerves in the back, aiming to reduce chest pain. Researchers will see if this method safely helps control pain and reduces the need for strong pain pills over three months.
