Summary

This study compares two different nerve block techniques to help control pain after surgery to remove large kidney stones. Researchers will randomly assign 90 adult patients to receive one of two specific nerve blocks or standard pain management. The goal is to determine which method provides better pain relief and reduces the need for additional pain medications during the first day after surgery.
