Summary

This study compares two drugs, dexamethasone and dexmedetomidine, when added to standard spinal anesthesia for people having surgery to fix a broken pelvis. The goal is to see which one provides longer pain relief and better recovery. Sixty adults aged 20 to 80 are taking part.
