Can a single Pre-Surgery dose ease Post-Op knee pain?

Summary
This study tests whether giving a single dose of palmitoylethanolamide before total knee replacement surgery can lower pain afterward. One adult patient aged 40-80 will receive either the drug or a placebo in a double-blind setup. Pain levels will be measured using a standard scale at 6, 12, and 24 hours after surgery.
