Summary

This study compared two types of nerve blocks (ESP and TAP) to see which provides better pain relief after laparoscopic appendix removal. 72 adults aged 18-50 took part. The goal was to find a safer, more effective way to manage post-surgery pain and reduce the need for extra painkillers.
