New study aims to find best pain block for hysterectomy recovery

Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks (ESPB and paravertebral) to see which provides better pain relief after a total abdominal hysterectomy. The goal is to reduce the need for morphine and improve comfort. 48 women aged 30-60 will participate.
