C-Section pain study aims for better relief, fewer side effects

Summary

This study compares four different doses of morphine given with spinal anesthesia to find the best balance of pain relief and side effects after a C-section. About 180 women having planned C-sections will take part. The goal is to improve recovery by reducing pain without increasing nausea or itching.
