Summary

This study aimed to understand why children with a severe, painful skin condition called epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) often do not take their prescribed pain medication before their daily, painful bandage changes. Researchers interviewed 10 children and their parents to learn about the barriers to taking these important medications. The goal was to gather information to help improve pain management for these children in the future.
