Summary
This study tested a special pain monitor (NOL index) to help doctors give the right amount of painkillers during laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis. The goal was to see if using this monitor could reduce total painkiller use and improve pain control after surgery. The study involved 125 premenopausal women and compared standard care to monitor-guided care.
