Summary
This study looked at three ways to manage pain after abdominal wall repair surgery: epidural, a nerve block called serratus-intercostal plane block, and local port infiltration. 160 adults took part. The goal was to see which method provides the best pain control and recovery in the first 24 hours after surgery.
