NCT ID NCT07280273

Summary

This study is testing whether teaching patients about the science of pain can help women with fibromyalgia who live in rural areas. Fifty-four participants will be randomly assigned to either receive two educational sessions or continue their usual care. Researchers will measure changes in pain sensitivity, daily function, and emotional well-being to see if the education makes a meaningful difference.
