Summary
This study is testing whether teaching patients how pain works in the nervous system helps them recover faster from recent low back pain. Researchers will compare standard physical therapy alone to therapy plus two educational sessions about pain science. They want to see if this combination reduces pain, improves movement, and lowers fear about activity more effectively.
