Summary

This study compared two pain medications (oliceridine and sufentanil) given during anesthesia for gynecologic surgery. Researchers wanted to see which drug better maintained stable blood pressure and heart rate when patients had breathing tubes placed. The study involved 120 women undergoing laparoscopic surgery to understand which medication caused fewer side effects.
