First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at 140 adults having lung surgery to see if giving a nerve block at the start or end of the procedure reduces pain and the need for strong painkillers. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups, and neither they nor their doctors will know which timing they received. The goal is to find the best way to manage pain after surgery.
