New pain block shows promise for faster recovery after chest surgery
NCT ID NCT07441161
Summary
This study compared three different methods for managing pain after minimally invasive chest surgery. Researchers followed 113 patients to see which approach—a new type of nerve block, a spinal injection, or a traditional nerve block—provided the best pain relief with the fewest side effects. The goal was to help patients recover more comfortably after their operations.
