Summary
This study aims to find which of two nerve-blocking techniques works better for pain control during hand or arm surgery in elderly patients. Researchers will compare how quickly pain relief starts, how long it lasts, and how much pain medication patients need afterward. The goal is to improve comfort and recovery for older adults having these common procedures.
