Numbing shot before surgery could ease Teens' pain and speed recovery

NCT ID NCT06875427

Summary

This study is testing if a numbing shot (nerve block) given before ACL knee surgery helps teens recover better. Researchers will compare teens who get the block to those who don't, looking at pain levels, opioid use, and overall recovery quality. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and leads to less pain and a smoother recovery after surgery.
