NCT ID NCT07598162

First seen May 21, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026

Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks (retrolaminar block and erector spinae plane block) for pain relief after laparoscopic gallbladder removal. One hundred adults aged 20-60 will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two blocks. The main goal is to see which block delays the need for additional pain medication and reduces overall morphine use in the first 24 hours after surgery.
