Summary

This study compared two different nerve-block techniques for managing pain after major breast cancer surgery. Sixty female patients received one of two ultrasound-guided numbing injections before their operation. Researchers then tracked how much morphine each patient needed for pain relief in the first 24 hours after surgery.
