First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at how people's beliefs about pain influence their actual pain and physical function after cosmetic leg-lengthening surgery. Researchers will measure pain intensity, pain-related thoughts, and walking ability in 17 healthy men four weeks after surgery. The goal is to improve rehabilitation plans by understanding the connection between mindset and recovery.
