Summary
This study compares a 1-hour versus a 4-hour intravenous premedication to prevent allergic reactions in adults with known contrast allergies who need emergency CT scans. About 540 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two regimens. The goal is to see if the shorter prep is safe enough to use in urgent situations.
